Canvas/Metal/Glass Prints

Do my prints come ready to hang?

They sure do! Your canvas print will arrive gallery wrapped around a thick wooded frame. We attach a cord across the back of each canvas before sending them, which allows you to easily hang the frame on an ordinary nail or picture hook as soon as you receive it.

Metal and glass prints arrive complete with their own custom designed hanging solution and instruction of how to hang them.

How do I care for my Prints?
  • To clean your canvas or metal prints, vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment or soft cloth. 
  • Do not apply any cleaning solutions or water as this may cause the color to run or fade. Do not rub the surface of your print.
  • Glass Prints can be cleaned by using a cloth that has been dampened by water
  • Do not hang outdoors or in areas of high humidity, direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. 
  • Canvas Prints are a porous product and will expand and contract in extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • If you are moving your prints, make sure you always wrap it adequately with bubble wrap. Do not stack prints on top of each other unless they are safely wrapped.
  • Remember your print is a fragile item. Treat it as you would a piece of art.
What file format do my photos need to be in?
  • Your photos need to be in PNG or JPEG (.JPG) format.
  • Colour spaces supported are Adobe RGB (1998) & sRGB.
  • Due to our printing systems the colour profile CYMK is not supported.
  • Incorrect colours produced due to the submitting of an image with an unsupported colour profile will not be refunded.
  • We recommend that your images be between 3-10MB.
What is the quality of the materials you use?
BlankWall uses only the best quality printing material, ink, frames, packaging and quality control process to ensure the product you receive has a professional finish and arrives in perfect condition. 


Account Information

Do I need to create an Account before I order?
No.  You don’t need to create an account to start ordering.  Just jump right in and create your product.  On checkout, you will be asked for your details and we will automatically create a user account with those details.

Having an account will enable you to access you order history and to track the progress of any of your orders.

You will be sent an email to confirm your membership. 

Forgotten your password?
Click on the “forgot your password?” link under the login details and confirm your email address. An email will then be sent to you with your password. You can then sign in.

Changing your account details?
Login to your BlankWall account. Under "Account Dashboard" on the top right of the page, then click the "Edit" link beside "Contact Information", make any required changes and then click the "Save" button.


Order Information

How do I place an order?

Just select the product you want and get started!

From there you upload your own photos (Jpeg or PNG format only) then start designing your layout on the design page, once completed you can add the finsihed product to your Shopping cart to place the order.

You will be asked for all your details upon checkout or simply login if you already have a Blankwall account.

Can I save my order and complete it later?
Once you have finished editing your product, and have added it to your cart, it will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days. If you log back in during this time, you can review and complete your order. After 30 days orders left in your shopping cart will expire. 

I have a coupon code for a promotional offer. How do I redeem this?
On the Shopping Cart Page there is a Coupon Code box. Copy and paste your coupon code in this box then click the “Apply Discount” button. Your discount will be automatically applied to your order.

NOTE: Coupons are generally product specific and will only react to the one type of product, try double checking the item you selected should your code not react correctly.

How do I pay for my order?
Once you have added all items you are wanting to purchase to your shopping cart, you can then pay for your order using a credit card or PayPal Account.
Payment must be made at the time you place your order.

Our payment process is provided by Eway (Card Payment) or PayPal. The site is certified as a VeriSign Secure site, which encrypts data and transmits payment details over an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. SSL is a security protocol with which data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. The SSL connection is established automatically.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately not. Due to the high automation of our online service, once your order has been paid for and completed online, it is automatically downloads to our printers and cannot be cancelled.

I have not received a confirmation email of my order?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder in the email address linked to your account/order. If you cannot locate the email, please email customer care. Contact BlankWall

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
Don’t panic!  If you do not receive your order within the stated shipping period you selected when checking out, please contact us immediately with your Order Number. We will make every effort to recover your order. Claims are to be made within 28 days from the date the order was placed. 

What happens if my order is unsatisfactory or arrives damaged?

If you receive your order in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately with your Order Number. We will make every effort to make things right. Claims are to be made within 28 days from the date the order was placed.



Your Copyright

Generally under copyright laws the owner of the copyright in images or photographs is the person who created the images or took the photographs. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner of the copyright or have the express permission of the owner of the copyright in the images or photographs which you submit to the service.
We claim no ownership rights in any images or photographs submitted to the service. Solely for the purpose of enabling your images or photographs to be uploaded and made available on the service and to fulfill print orders made for your images and photographs you grant to us and to any store which fulfills print orders of your images or photographs, a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive transferable royalty-free copyright licence to copy, reproduce, display, modify, adapt or alter, transmit, communicate and distribute to our staff your images or photographs.
You acknowledge that we have no control over the use of your images or photographs and shall not be held liable for any use, publication or copying of your images and photographs. You waive all rights of action or other claims you may have against us in respect of any such use, publication or copying.


Copyright Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In the event that we receive a written complaint alleging copyright infringement by a member, we will refer the complaint to the member concerned. It is the member's responsibility to resolve any such complaint. Should the member not resolve the complaint satisfactorily and advise us, in writing, of the resolution within seven (7) days of the date on which the matter was referred to the member (the "Referral Date"), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend the membership until such time as the matter is resolved. If we have not been notified within sixty (60) days of the Referral Date that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate the member's membership.
